Stefani Art Gallery is available for select private events in downtown Salem. The upstairs gallery offers a refined, art-filled setting designed for conversation, connection, and celebration.

Key Policies

Alcohol is permitted only when food is served and must follow OLCC requirements.
Events with more than 75 guests must use a licensed and insured bartender.
Alcohol service ends 30 minutes before the event's end time. -
The downstairs space is available only for catering, staging, and vendor support.
Guest access downstairs is not permitted unless approved. -
Outside vendors are permitted with advance approval.
Vendors may be required to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming the Owner as additionally insured.Open flame is not permitted.
No permanent kitchen facilities are provided. -
Artwork remains on display during events. Renters agree to host events in a way that protects the artwork, walls, floors, and fixtures. The gallery reserves the right to modify layouts or limit activities if the artwork's safety is at risk.
